FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATE?

The property can accommodate up to 200 guests.

DO YOU OFFER TOURS OF THE PROPERTY?

Yes we do. Please send us a message to make an appointment.

HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE VENUE?

You will have access to the property for 2 nights and 3 days.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL NIGHTS TO MY WEDDING STAY?

Absolutely! Please inquire about pricing for additional nights.

WHERE WOULD OUR ADDITIONAL OUT OF TOWN GUESTS STAY?

We would be happy to talk over hotel and vacation rental options with you! The nearest towns for hotels are Paso Robles (15 miles north) and Atascadero (20 miles west).

CAN MY EVENT GUESTS LEAVE THEIR CARS OVERNIGHT?

No, unfortunately this is not an available option. We are happy to provide suggestions for alternative options.

CAN I LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE EVENT SPACE AFTER MY EVENT?

Everything will need to be pulled off of the grass area, thrown away or secured from animals and the wind at the end of the event.

DO YOU OFFER ANY STAFF TO ASSIST US?

A venue manager will be available to answer any questions and direct any vendors or staff that is hired by the guests.

ARE THERE ANY FIRE RESTRICTIONS?

We do not allow any live fire candles or sparklers. Biodegradable, eco-friendly confetti is okay.

VENUE RULES

VISITS & TOURS

An appointment is required for all site visits and tours. Send us a message and we would be happy to schedule a time to show you the estate.

EVENT PLANNERS & OTHER VENDORS

While we do provide an event manager to answer any questions on the day of your event, we also require guests to provide their own event coordinator to manage the day.

SMOKING

There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises.

NOISE ORDINANCE

Willow and Oak Estates falls within the county of San Luis Obispo and therefore must abide by the sound ordinance which requires all amplified sound to cease at 10pm.

INSURANCE

You must obtain a general liability policy of insurance with a liquor liability endorsement protecting guests and the estate, which we are happy to provide more information on.

DECORATIONS

All decorations, including, but not limited to, flowers, balloons, lighting and candles must be removed post event.

ALCOHOL

You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, but you are responsible for procuring a State of California ABC License to the extent required by the applicable law. All service of alcoholic beverages must end at least 30 minutes prior to the closing of the event, and in any event not later than 9:30PM. It is the responsibility of the guest to notify vendors of these policies prior to the event.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pets are allowed on the exterior portions of the premises, with written authorization of the Estate Manager. No pets are allowed to ever enter the Main House. Pets must sleep in the outdoor covered kennel.
